Lloret de Mar Swimming Training Camps
The Lloret Pool is located in the sports area of Lloret de Mar, right in the heart of the city and surrounded by a wide range of accommodation and entertainment, just 800 meters from the beach.
Formally opened in February 2014 this 50m x 25m Olympic (Indoor) Pool, has 10 lanes and starting platforms.
There are excellent pool changing facilities and located only a 5 minute walk from the hotel that our groups stay at.
The Olympic swimming pool can accommodate almost all water sports (Swimming, synchronised swimming, water polo, triathlon, etc) for competitions and training camps. It also boasts a fitness room where cardiovascular and muscle training in fixed stations and free weights can be performed.
The cycling room is specially designed to exercise on a stationary bike in legs and resistance force.
This hotel is located in a quiet area of Lloret de Mar, ½ mile from the beach and just a 5 minute walk to the Olympic Pool. It offers 6 leisure swimming pools, 4 of which are heated, and some with water slides. The Sport Club includes a hot tub, a sauna, a heated indoor swimming pool and a Turkish bath. There are also squash courts and a fitness centre offering a range of classes.
The air-conditioned rooms feature flat-screen satellite TV, a safe and a private bathroom with a hairdryer, toiletries and a private balcony.
There are various buffet restaurants serving local and international food, a poolside snack bar and an entertainment programme for adults and children. You can walk to Lloret town centre in less than 10 minutes.
For your Lloret de Mar Swimming Camp there are many flight options to/from Barcelona Airport. Scheduled airlines such as British Airways & Iberia fly daily and ‘Low cost’ airlines such as Ryanair, Easyjet, Jet2 and Norwegian Air also fly into and out of Barcelona Airport from London and other regional airports. The airport transfer time to/from the hotel is approximately 1 hour 15 minutes by private coach transfer. Flight costs vary from £100 in low season to £250+ in high season periods.
The closest airport to Lloret de Mar is Girona, 30 minutes by coach transfer, but direct flight routings are limited to Luton and Stansted Airports only.
Flights can be quoted upon request and some airlines can offer a low deposit payment option for flight seats depending on the numbers travelling.
