Choosing the right training venue
It’s important that you choose the right training venue to suit your group’s budget and ambition. A clear understanding of your objectives enables other decisions to be made. You should also consider the makeup of your group, such as age and ability and the accompanying supervisory adults. We are here to help, so please don’t hesitate to use our expertise and experience. Allow plenty of time for preparations as planning, documentation, possible fund raising and organising payments may take longer than you think. It’s not unheard of groups booking as early as 2 years in advance!
Prices and Booking
From the moment you get in touch with an enquiry, we’ll help you as much as we can to get the ball rolling. Whatever your chosen training venue, we will tailor it to meet your own requirements. We will send you a specific Quotation detailing prices and inclusions. It will also confirm any free staff place ratios and payment schedules. Once you have sent us your completed booking form and initial deposit instalment, we shall send you a Confirmation giving further information and guidance.
Excursions & Optional Extras
In addition to the main camp arrangements, we can also help you to build extra activities into your trip. These may include excursions to theme parks, museums, waterparks, stadiums and places of cultural or educational interest. Excursions and optional extras can often be pre-reserved on your behalf and paid for in advance as part of your group package.
Local Representation
We have local ground agents available at our featured destinations. Depending on the nature of your camp and your requirements, this could mean a local English speaking representative to meet with you on arrival to assist with hotel check-in or a full time resort representative. You will always be given a local emergency number for English speaking assistance during your stay as well as the back-up of our staff at our office in the UK.
